What has shaped me - and what drives me
I have been working in the automotive trade for years – sometimes on the OEM side, sometimes with importers, or directly at the POS in car dealerships.
Whether at Porsche or Jaguar Land Rover, developing dealer networks means working with people and markets – often across Europe, with all its cultural nuances. In this context, I have already had the opportunity to analyze and advise over 100 dealerships.
Germany always remains a special challenge 😉I
I've implemented sales strategies and designed customer journeys for brands like AMG and Bugatti. My professional roots lie at VW and Audi – that's where I laid the foundation, both professionally and personally. As a master automotive craftsman, I know the reality of service, and as a business economist, I have a passion for numbers – especially KPIs that create real added value.
E-mobility has been a part of my life for a long time: At Hyundai, my team and I trained the entire service network – from product understanding to customer focus. At Jaguar Land Rover, my team implemented e-mobility in 43 markets.
And because retail never operates alone, I was also able to work with strong partners like Santander Bank and Deutsche Leasing – always with the goal of preparing people in sales and service for the future.
Imparting knowledge, promoting attitudes, building bridges – that is what drives me to this day.
